The Wellness Center at Lamar CourtTHE WELLNESS CENTER   

At Lamar Court, it is our goal to ensure our residents remain healthy and independent for as long as possible.  We have created a Wellness Center to help promote the health and well being of our residents.  The Wellness Center offers the following programs and services.

*On-site Physician and Nurse Practitioner Visits    *On-site Equipment Safety Check and Preventative Maintenance
*Podiatry Services  *Supervised Exercise Classes
*Optometry Services  *Weekly Wellness Clinic for Blood Pressure Checks and Weight
*Dental Services  *Hearing Aide Services 
*Diabetic Management            

HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES (HCBS)

Lamar Court is proud to participate in the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) program.  Under this program, qualified individuals can have a portion of their care and services paid for by the State of Kansas.
